Welcome to the AEW and WWE rundown of what’s happened in the world of professional wrestling over the last day or so.

First up rest in power to one of the most talented wrestlers of all time in Pac (Benjamin Satterley), and another in one of the greatest fans on all time, the ‘Sign Guy’ Rick Achberger. One of the worst days in wrestling history.

Thank you Pac for having fans like us glued to the screen for such a long time, and having an array of exceptional matches that will live long in the annals of pro wrestling and give us countless memories. It was a pleasure knowing and watching your matches all the way back to your NXT days and that incredible nail-biter against Seth Rollins to your final bout against Andrade at All Out.

Very few people can leave a legacy as lasting as you did, and only this at only 40 years of age. Life is cruel, and most of the times we hold on to strands of happiness in the midst of chaos. You were a light that shined bright, and helped many of us get through some dark days.

As fans you often don't get to see your favorites wrestle. Geographical and financial constraints get in the way for most of us, so the only way we connect with a wrestler is through the art itself – the art of professional fucking wrestling.

Shocking Details On The Passing Of AEW Star Pac

Some shocking details have now come out in the story about Pac’s passing. Latest reports from the Daily Herald states that Pac was found deceased in Des Plaines in Illinois outside a suburban restaurant. More importantly, the star was apparently found in a rental car outside the said restaurant.

A passerby noticed the star on the 2700 block of Mannheim Road and called 911 with the star later being declared dead. The erstwhile Neville was alone when he was found and there were no indications of foul play or trauma, according to a spokesperson in Des Plaines.

This video of Pac leaving the arena in his wrestling gear for the last time is heartbreaking to watch.

The Daily Herald further states that Pac’s passing did not appear suspicious and that there have been no official confirmations as to what had happened.

WWE’s Crazy New Deal With AEW Broadcasters

WWE has landed a crazy new deal and this time it’s with Warner Bros Discovery, the same people who host AEW on TNT. The company has struck a deal with both Bleacher Report (owned by WBD) for the highlights of their shows and programs with the deal effectively beginning in October.

Speculation is rife on what this means for AEW but the initial reports suggest that with the influx of more wrestling on Bleacher Report and WBD, it should help Tony Khan.

While WWE is busy announcing deals with Blecher Report and WBD, they have forgotten (ignored) to celebrate the lie of an exceptional human being and pro wrestler in Pac.

Either way this is only a highlights deal and WBD and WBD has an entire TV rights deal with All Elite Wrestling so things shouldn’t get too messy as of this moment. That being said, I am not expert in TV deals and only time will tell how things pan out.

Also, WWE has yet to comment on the passing of Pac, and it’s kind of shameful they have just ignored it.
