Welcome to Pro Wrestling Takes’ rundown of WWE RAW dated 28th September 2026. There were a lot of shenanigans on the show and not all of it was good.
WWE RAW kicked off with The Bloodline as they confronted Jaida Parker mistaking her for 946. The twist at the end of the show was worth it when Parker ran down Jacob Fatu with a car (yeah like Rikishi) and joined 946.
SHE DID IT FOR THE KEYS!!
The other parts of the show had moments that were really nice like the main event between Penta and Je’Von Evans and The Judgment Day until of course a certain someone showed up and ruined everything. That’s the story of WWE RAW, some great stuff mixed with some horrifyingly bad ones.

BIG CASS IS BIG LOSS
It seems that Big Cass’ time in the limelight and the hype surrounding his return is all but over with the star losing to Dragon Lee on the latest edition of WWE RAW. Last week he lost to Je’Von Evans in a Triple Threat encounter that also had Austin Theory.
While it’s still early days, one can’t help but wonder that WWE really never had much plans for him and brought him in because it would fill the obligatory spots for the big guys on the show. Just bring back Omos at this point bro, please.
Dragon Lee has a lot of momentum right now and you can clearly see that WWE is building him up to be the next Intercontinental Champion when that time comes, and for now defeating Big Cass is a huge step in the right direction for him, but the same can’t be said of Cass, who surely did not make the jump from AEW to be a jobber.
The Ending To WWE RAW Was INSANE
The world of professional wrestling is pretty far removed from what it used to be in the days of the Ruthless Aggression Era and The Attitude Era, it’s much more subtle and nuances and kid-friendly. So whenever there’s an angle such as the abduction one last night and the run-over this week, it hypes up a feud significantly.

Of course it has to be complemented with good storytelling and this is exactly what The Bloodline stuff is all about. The stars are firing on all cylinders and it shows that WWE has put in a lot of effort and time in making this happen.
Hopefully, this momentum will continue and we will get the return of Naomi leading to a first-ever Mixed Gender WarGames Match.
WTF Are We Doing With The Judgment Day?
The Judgment Day is legitimately one of the worst book stables right now in WWE history. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh have absolutely zero to do on the show apart from random tag team matches. That too was ruined by Joe Hendry and his concert about big heads (????????????).
Roxanne Perez wins one week to go to the Money in the Bank ladder match and then immediately loses the week after to Lola Vice. Liv Morgan barely got a defense in during her World Title reign and is set to get a number one contender’s match instead of directly getting a rematch like champions used to back in the day.
Raquel Rodriguez barely defends the title nowadays and the Intercontinental Champion is nothing but Morgan’s bodyguard at this point. It’s a group that clearly has run its course and could end tomorrow and nobody would bat an eye.
Also, I genuinely thought WWE would better than to just put up a graphic for Neville. At least a 10-bell salute would have been nice. But some of the tributes from Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Penta were great.
