The latest update on Stephanie Vaquer could end up being a disaster for the star.
According to PWInsider, the former World champion’s absence from WWE is believed to be illness-related, while False Finish has reported that she could be out of action “indefinitely.”
This comes after Vaquer was cleared to wrestle Becky Lynch on RAW after an injury but was then suddenly pulled from the show in astonishing fashion.
STEPHANIE VAQUER’S MAIN EVENT PUSH COULD BE OVER
The situation is deeply concerning and could speak doom for Vaquer who has had her fair share of injury issues.
Stephanie Vaquer was supposed to be one of WWE’s biggest rising stars in the women’s division. She had the opportunity to establish herself as a major player after two world title wins and possibly become the face of the company. But now, everything is up in the air.
With constant injuries and illness plaguing her, VAQUER’S time at the top of the roster could be over sooner rather than later.
WWE is an unforgiving environment where momentum matters more than ever. The women’s division is stacked with talent, new stars are constantly emerging, and creative plans can change in the blink of an eye.
If Vaquer is sidelined for months, there is absolutely no guarantee that WWE will simply pick up where it left off with her.
WWE is known to completely shun top talent because of their injury prone nature. Finn Balor got injured during his Universal Title win and never got to that position ever again.
The same could be true for Vaquer. If there’s no long term planning involved, Triple H may automatically not see much value in the star.
This could eventually turn out to be a huge loss for the Chilean who was enjoying some great momentum on RAW.
There’s no telling what the future holds for Vaquer and when she will be back. But here’s wishing her a speedy recovery.
